About Us

Founded in 1996 by Debbie Harden, West Penn Alpacas has continued to grow and prosper for over 25 years. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Debbie's consulting and herd evaluation skills are unmatched. Her love for Alpacas does not end at her excellent breeding program; in 2007 she started her auction company, Silver Penn Sales. Silver Penn Sales offers an exciting Alpaca sales experience for all, buyer or seller!

Debbie's entrepreneurial skills led her to her most recent business venture, Action Equipment Center in 2015. While Debbie now spends most of her time selling tractors, this does not stop her from being 100% committed to the farm and Silver Penn Sales. With the help of her daughter Alexis, son Wyatt,  West Penn Alpacas continues to thrive!
